The Terms applies to the contents of the KTI website including order services under the Kwan Tat International Limited (KTI). By browsing and using the services of KTI website, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
KTI has the sole discretion to change, revise, add or delete the contents of the information presented on the website at any time without notice.

There is no guarantee or statement about the accuracy of the existing information in the KTI website.
KTI is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused directly or indirectly by the loss of goods or non-compliance with the specifications or breaching the liability and/or infringement as described in the article. And the price of the goods not being exceeded will be under the responsibility.
The customer must be responsible for understanding the instruction and cautions in using the products and accept all risks when receiving products. The customer has no objection about KTI does not assume any obligation and responsibility for any advice or information provided on the products.
In case of dispute, KTI retains the right of final decision.
Customer Personal Information
Should customer fill out one or more product order forms on KTI website or in other ways, it is customer’s responsibility to provide KTI with the latest and accurate information to complete the order or service required. If customer provide any outdated, erroneous, untrue, or incomplete information, KTI has the right to refuse customer to take any order or service requests.
Order Confirmation
After the customer has successfully placed an order, the company will send a confirmation email of the customer's order according to the email address provided by the customer, and it will indicate the recipient, product type, quantity and delivery address of the order.
KTI is not responsible for the wrong email address provided by the customer or other factors beyond KTI’s control, such as communication network problems, email service provider problems and etc., resulting in delays in emails, unsuccessful and/or delayed delivery.
Product Delivery
When receiving the product, it is the customer's responsibility to check whether the products are of the type and quantities as ordered. If the customer requests that the products to be placed outside the door, KTI is not responsible for any losses caused thereby. Customer should take the responsibility of taking care the products. All risks of the products should be bared by the customer.
If the products do not match the type and quantity ordered, customer should notify KTI immediately to arrange for the replacement of the products. If customer has opened or used the products, KTI has the right to refuse the replacement and refund.
Product ownership
KTI retains ownership of products until the customer completes the payment.
